Submission of manuscripts

Dear authors!

1. Materials are submitted in electronic form (in Word format) to the editorial e-mail address: sudvl@mail.ru (text – 1.5 intervals, font size 14, footnotes, pagination, Arabic numerals corresponding to GOST "Bibliographic requirements and rules for registration").
2. The materials published earlier or proposed in several magazines are not accepted for consideration.
3. Materials for publication are submitted to the editorial office within one year. In case of issue of thematic or special issues, the editorial staff can set specific deadlines for submitting materials.
4. Materials sent to the editorial office are subject to mandatory review. Rules for review are posted on the journal's website.
5. The author is informed of the editorial decision on the acceptance of the article for publication. Refusal to publish is motivated.
6. The agreement on granting the right to use the work is considered concluded from the moment of receiving the editorial materials of the author and is free of charge, i.е. fee for authors, including graduate students, for the publication of articles is not charged, royalties are not paid.
7. Introducing the article for publication, the author thereby agrees to edit it.
8. Introducing the article for publication, the author thereby agrees to its full publication on the journal's website, as well as in the open access system of scientific journals (Scientific Electronic Library) not earlier than a month after the publication of the magazine in print. The information listed in clause 9 of these requirements shall be placed in electronic form immediately after the publication of the journal in printed form.
9. At the beginning of the article, the author sends the following information and materials to the editorial office in Russian and English (automatic translation via Internet translators is not allowed!):
   • a surname, a name, a patronymic, a post, a scientific degree, an academic rank;
   • article title;
   • annotation (4–5 lines);
   • Key words from the text of the article (4–6 words or phrases);
   • business address or e-mail address (this information will be published in the journal)
10. In addition, the author presents only a Russian bibliographic list (this list is compiled in alphabetical order from the names of scientific sources cited in the references in the text of the article). Data submitted to the editors in accordance with this paragraph will be placed in the Russian Scientific Citation Index (RINC).
11. Materials that do not meet the requirements specified in this announcement are not accepted for consideration.
12. The editorial board recommends in the list of literature to refer to articles from journals published by Voronezh State University (Vestnik VGU, Series of Law, "Judicial Power and Criminal Procedure", "Voronezh Criminalistic Readings", "Legal Notes", "Legal Science and Legal Reform education ", etc.) on the subject of work. This can be done on the website of the Faculty of Law of the VSU or in the RINC system by performing a search on the key words.
13. The period for publishing the journal is quarterly. The author's copy is sent to the author at the expense of the editorial office.
