The Department has opened a master’s programe «Organization of the judicial power and law enforcement activities».
The subdivision manages legal students’ training practice. The Training Practice Supervisor is associate professor Sishikova Т.М. The Practical training Supervisor is associate professor Efanova V.А.
The subdivision forms «prosecutorial» and «investigative» groups of students who practice on volunteer bases for work in the bodies of the Public Prosecutor’s office and the Investigative Committee of Voronezh Region. The person in charge for the formation of such groups is associate professor Babaev S.N.
Senior students can join project team of «Procuratorial Supervision». The Chairperson is associate professor Efanova V.А.
The subjects are taught by practicing lawyers. Professor Baev М.О., associate professor Babaev N.Н., associate professor Zotov D.V. work as advocates. Professor Baev М.О. is a member of qualifications commission of the Bar Association for Voronezh region. Faculty member М.V. works as a justice of peace for City of Voronezh. Associate professor Sischikova T.M. is a member of the Judges’ Qualification board for Voronezh region.
The subdivision enthusiastically cooperates with various law enforcement agencies of Voronezh, Lipetsk, Orlov, Belgorod and Tambov regions.
The Department of the Organization of the Judicial Power and Law Enforcement Activities together with the Department of the Criminal Procedure issues scientific journal «The Judicial Power and the Criminal Procedure».
