The journal publishes results of original legal researches. Not published articles, short messages and reviews in Russian are accepted to consideration and the publication.

«Journal of the administrative proceedings» is the scientific publication, which editorial board among the main priority directions of its activity, established publication of scientific materials conforming to modern quality standards and appropriate research characteristics which theme is the theory of the law, the state and legal construction, actual, obviously significant for development which are containing personal contribution of the author to science useful to legal practice (law implementation), possessing scientific novelty, including the analysis of the latest special literature, aimed at initiation of discussion or its maintenance.
Scientific and practical edition «Journal of the administrative proceedings» publishes not only articles of the Russian and foreign scientists famous for creative achievements, but also there takes place approbation of dissertation works results of the beginning researchers, graduate students and competitors of an academic degree of the candidate of legal sciences. The editorial board in its work adheres the policy of continuous and productive interaction with authors of articles and materials sent to edition. Thus, appropriate quality of the published materials is reached. Principled stand in the organization of activity of an editorial board is publication of articles, reviews and other materials of scientists and experts lawyers working in higher educational institutions, government bodies and other organizations of Central Federal District. The most important bills developed both on the federal and on the regional levels become a subject of discussion in journal. The authoritative characteristic of the journal is regular publications of scientific search results of scientists from the European countries, the states of Central Asia and the Caucasus. Reviews on the scientific works published in Russia appear in the journal. Short reviews about scientific conferences, seminars, forums carried out both in Voronezh the state university and in other higher educational institutions are given.
